Description
NobelSport Steel Waterfowl shotshells load 1-1/4 oz of 4 steel shot at 1450 fps in a 3 inch 12 gauge hull that was built for duck and goose hunting. The velocity drives dense non-toxic patterns that hold energy on decoying and passing birds at working range.
Steel shot keeps this load legal for migratory waterfowl where non-toxic ammunition is required. The 4 size works well across ducks and close geese giving you a high pellet count for coverage while keeping enough mass per pellet for clean ethical kills. Steel pellets stay hard down the bore so they hold their shape and put out predictable patterns.
At 1450 fps the load flies with a flat path and a short lead which helps on fast crossing shots over water. That speed carries downrange energy to decoying birds and to passing flocks that hang at the edge of your spread. Pattern the 1-1/4 oz charge through your waterfowl choke before opening day so you know its reach.
NobelSport assembles these shells alongside their target shotshells on the same machines and to the same standards. The same craftsmen who build that competition ammunition build these which shows in consistent charge weights and clean ignition. Each round pairs a NobleSport 209 primer with an even-patterning wad that?s seated in a fine plastic case so shot delivery stays uniform across the box. A full case contains 10 boxes for 250 rounds total.
